Here's the deal....

  • Absolutely no refunds for products that have been shipped! There are millions of you out there in computer land. There's no way anyone can guarantee every soul will like every product. LaLa & Lucki has your best interest at heart. We want quality items for you because we'd want the same for ourselves. We hope you love everything you've chosen to purchase.
  • Please email customer service if you're having difficulty using an item. Let us help you.
  • Items are shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. One of the downside to online shopping is the wait time. We know....uugghh! So, when possible, items will be shipped the same day. You will be notified immediately of any delays via email and/or our social media sites. We do not allow purchasing of items that are out of stock. Many online stores do, which is why your package takes so long. We hate that too. We wouldn't do that to you. 
  • Know your body! If you're ordering cosmetic products, we are not responsible for any reactions you may have. It's very important that you are aware of your allergies and ask for ingredients to ensure your own safety. We will happily supply you with a list of ingredients upon your request. Consult with your healthcare provider if you're unsure.
  • Use products as directed.
